Delivery & Refunds


All goods are dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery is free on orders over £45.00, and there is a flat delivery charge of £5 for orders below £45.00. Goods normally take up to 3 – 5 working days to arrive under normal circumstances.

If you need to amend an order, please call or email us as soon as possible. Items in an order cannot be amended once dispatched (but full order can be cancelled and refunded).

If an item is lost during transit, buyers are eligible for a refund or replacement. But please allow up to 14 days while the courier investigates the misplaced parcel.


In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must not be damaged and should be in the original packaging that it was received. You must first email us in order for the refund process to begin so we can send you the return address.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect the item and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method that was used during purchasing.

For card payments, it may take 5 to 10 working days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after the 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
