Delivery & Refunds

  • We provide tracked shipping for all orders, and you will receive the tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched. All goods are sent out on the next working day via Royal Mail Tracked 48 with a signature requirement.
  • For orders totaling £45.00 or more, delivery is free. Orders below £45.00 incur a flat delivery charge of £5.00. Please note that delivery rates for international orders will vary.
  • Within the UK, goods are typically delivered within 2-3 working days. International delivery times may be longer.
  • If you need to make changes to an order, please email us as soon as possible. However, once an order has been dispatched, the items within it cannot be amended. In such cases, you can cancel the order before dispatch for a refund, but once the item has been dispatched, the postage cost will not be refunded.
  • In the event of a failed delivery attempt due to no one being present at the property, resulting in the item being returned to us, the postage cost will not be refunded.
  • Please note: When placing an order, it’s essential to ensure that the name, address, and postcode you provide match the details associated with your credit or debit card. Additionally, both the billing and shipping address should match this information. If there is a mismatch between these details, the order may fail during the payment process. We kindly advise you to double-check and verify that your name, address, and postcode precisely match the information linked to your credit or debit card to avoid any potential issues with your order.
  • Delivery Address: Orders will be shipped exclusively to the address provided as the billing address during checkout.
  • If an item is lost during transit, buyers are eligible for a refund or replacement. However, please allow up to 14 days for the courier to investigate the missing parcel.
  • If an item is not received, customers must inform us within 14 days of dispatch. We will then investigate the missing item or issue a refund. Failure to notify us within this timeframe will lead us to assume that the item has been delivered, and no further action will be taken.
  • Refund

  • Our refund and returns policy allows for a period of 14 days. This means that you must initiate the return process within 14 calendar days from the date of your purchase. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.Please note that we do not accept international returns unless the item in question is faulty.
  • Returning an item:

  • To initiate a return for an item, please ensure you have a valid receipt or proof of purchase available. The product must be unused and in its original packaging as received. To proceed with the return, kindly contact us via email at info@littletoyhouse.co.uk. We will provide you with the necessary return information.Upon receiving, inspecting, and approving your return, we will process your refund. The refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that it may take approximately 5 to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account. 
  • Please note that there are specific circumstances in which a refund cannot be initiated:

    1. If the product is damaged, not in its original condition, or lacking proper packaging.
    2. In cases where there are missing parts that are not due to our error.
    3. Returns made more than 14 days after the item was despatched.
    4. We do not accept returns on sale and special offer items, including any TCG (Trading Card Game) products such as Pokémon, Digimon, Yu-Gi-Oh cards, etc. Once these items have been purchased, they cannot be returned or refunded.
    5. Shipping Costs

    6. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or defective.
    7. Once an item is dispatched, no refund will be issued for postage costs
    8. Additionally, buyers are responsible for covering any return postage costs.
    9. All items purchased during Christmas season also have the same 14 day return period starting from the despatch date. We will not accept any returns after 14 days have passed..
